Workshop Eight: Handle Objections without Losing Trust/Rapport


A seller can sometimes kill rapport when trying to respond to an objection. Knowing how to respond while still maintaining rapport and trust is an important skill. Surprisingly, a few words can make a difference. You will see a real difference when you discover how to avoid creating resistance. Also, with a little awareness and practice, a negative ("half-empty") can sometimes be reframed into a positive ("half-full"). This workshop will show you how to handle an objection and maintain rapport by pacing, linking, and leading.
