Top sellers know the importance of selling YOU first

Top sellers have seen that the most successful selling process is to sell yourself first, and then become a coach or advisor to the client. This requires trust. Customers will not listen to you until they trust you. They will not tell you valuable information until they trust you. Only by knowing how to sell YOU can you build trust. The basic Unfair Advantage skills include two ways to build such trust: Mirroring (verbal and non-verbal) and matching language preference (called “VAK Matching”).
